We want you to be happy with your purchase from Vaiva Art Atelier. If you are not satisfied or if your item arrives damaged, please read the return and refund guidelines below:

Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in secure packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Non-returnable Items

Custom or personalized artworks (for example, made-to-order pieces, custom sizes, or colors) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging. This is required for us to file a claim with the shipping provider.
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within a few business days.
