All artworks are handmade and unique. Due to the nature of the materials and monitor settings, slight variations in texture, tone, or color may occur between the website images and the actual piece.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

We accept secure payments through Stripe, PayPal, and other supported methods listed at checkout. All prices are in EUR (€) and may include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted delivery partners. For standard shipping, we may use different postal or courier services depending on the destination. For express shipping, we use premium carriers such as UPS or DHL.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. This is necessary for us to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
